Zuvor stand hier ein Wohnhaus. Wir haben den Bauantrag eingereicht und die Gewerke Tief- und Rohbau, Dachabdichtung und Schlosser bei der Ausf\u00fchrung begleitet.<br>Die Garage liegt teilweise im Hang, wodurch eine Statik f\u00fcr einen Verbau mit Tr\u00e4gerbohlw\u00e4nden und die Ausf\u00fchrung als \u201eWei\u00dfe Wanne\u201c notwendig war. In der Garage gibt es neben den Stellpl\u00e4tzen auch eine Grube um an den Autos arbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen. Durch umfangreiche Garten- und Landschaftsbauarbeiten kann das Dach der Garage als Garten genutzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
